Returns
Yes, returns are possible within 14 days of delivery for Size/Color Exchange or a Refund.
Items bought during sales or promotions can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.
All returns must be in their original, unworn condition.
You have 14 days after receiving the package to return your order.

In your account, you will be able to view your order history, and make a return. You must click on the order in question and request a return.
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days after we receive your return. Please note, this period may extend during our sales and private sales events.
Our team will be happy to send your item back to you. However, the shipping cost must be paid by you.
- Within EU: Ploumanac'h covers return and one-time exchange shipping.
- Outside EU: Customers pay for return shipping; Ploumanac'h covers exchange shipping (one exchange per order).
- Other Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.

Delivery
We deliver to over 200 countries.
Ploumanac'h offers various shipping options globally: Free Express Shipping on orders over specific amounts, with a nominal fee for smaller orders, and Ultra-Fast Shipping for an additional cost. Duties and taxes are included for the UK, Switzerland, and the US, while other countries may have separate charges.
Orders are processed within two business days, and tracking information is provided upon dispatch. For complete details, please refer to our Shipping Policy.
We offer several delivery options to our customers.
EU, Switzerland and UK from 24h to 72 hours after shipping.
US and Canada from 2 to 4 days after shipping.
Delivery times are also calculated at checkout.
- European Union: All taxes and duties are included.
- UK, Switzerland: All taxes and duties included in product prices. DHL or FedEx manage these payments.
- Canada: Import duties included; sales tax paid by customers. DHL or FedEx manage duties over 20 CAD.
- US: Import duties included; sales tax responsibility of customers. DHL or FedEx cover duties over $800.
- Other Countries: Customers are responsible for all taxes and duties.
As we ship with DHL, you will receive an SMS and an email from them for Delivery on Demand to choose the delivery option you prefer.
