If the Client is not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, or Refund within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion (like: Black Friday, Cyber Monday or seasonal promotions) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit

Return or exchange – EUROPE
The cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by Ploumanac'h (up to a maximum of one exchange per order). Once we have received your request, we will validate, and you will be sent a return label via DHL. The return shipping cost is taken care of by Ploumanac'h.
Return or exchange - outside the European Union
To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an e-mail to: email@example.com stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, as well as a reference number which you put on the return package. The return delivery cost is borne by the purchaser. In case of exchange, Ploumanac'h will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by Ploumanac'h (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
Because of the nature of the product, fragrances are not valid for refund and exchanges but please feel free to contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Return Terms & Conditions
All shipping charges including regular shipping and Expedited shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Items must be returned with all original labels and tags still attached, packaging and other accessories (dust bags, hangers, garment covers, etc.) received with the order.
Returns must be packaged in the Ploumanac'h box.
Ploumanac'h reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees.
Pickups for all authorized returns with Ploumanac'h’s carrier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment.
In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, Ploumanac'h reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email.
Ploumanac'h has the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not transmitted in accordance with the Return Policy detailed on this page. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns.
If the returned item is proven to be used, washed o damaged, no refund will be granted. The customer can then choose to purchase a ship-back ticket to recollect the rejected item.
For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European normative for long-distance commerce prevails.
