If the Client is not satisfied with an order, the items can be returned for Size/Color Exchange, or Refund within 15 days of the order’s delivery date.
Items purchased during a sale or promotion (like: Black Friday, Cyber Monday or seasonal promotions) can only be exchanged or returned for store credit
Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered).

The cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by Ploumanac'h (up to a maximum of one exchange per order). Once we have received your request, we will validate, and you will be sent a return label via DHL. The return shipping cost is taken care of by Ploumanac'h.
To process a refund or exchange outside of Europe, please send an e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return. Our customer service will provide you with the return address, as well as a reference number which you put on the return package. The return delivery cost is borne by the purchaser. In case of exchange, Ploumanac'h will issue a refund if the price of the exchanged item is less than that of the original item. The cost of returning the item is borne by the purchaser, although the cost of re-shipping the exchanged item is borne by Ploumanac'h (up to a maximum of one exchange per order).
