Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery*
Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging
Returns are free within the European Union (EU) (one free return per order). We also cover one exchange shipment per order.
Outside the EU (including the United States and Canada), you pay return shipping to Italy. Cost depends on package size and weight. Typical minimums: USD $60 (United States) and CAD $70 (Canada). We confirm the exact amount with your return label. That cost is deducted from your refund.
Note any exchange request (size or color) when you open the return

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return (EU right of withdrawal: within 14 days of receipt or proof of return)
Refunds go to the original payment method
Outside the EU, original outbound shipping is non-refundable

Outside the EU: sale or promotion items can be returned or exchanged for store credit only
Fragrances (cologne and reed diffuser) once opened are not exchangeable or refundable

*Return window is extended to 30 days for orders placed in August and December.
