Return Policy
- Items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery*
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with original tags and packaging
- Returns are free within the European Union (EU)
- Outside the EU, the customer bears the cost of shipping
- Exchange inquiries shall be noted in the return request.
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Sales or promotions can be returned or exchanged for store credit only.
- Fragrances (cologne and reed diffuser) are not exchangeable nor refundable.
*Time limit for a return is extended to 30 days for orders placed in August and December.

Frequently Asked Questions
Returns and exchanges are free within the European Union, with a limit of one free return per order.
For orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund only the value of the items, excluding shipping costs.

For orders placed outside the EU, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your return is approved, you will receive an approval email along with a shipping label and the associated cost. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item's condition and proceed with the refund if approved.
Please note that it may take up to 7 calendar days for the refund to appear on the original payment method after we receive the package.
To change size and/or color you have to fill the return form. Then, send an email to order@theploumanach.com stating your order number and the item you would like to receive in exchange.
No, Gift Cards cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged for cash.
If you used gift card credit to purchase an item and want to return it, the refund will be credited back to your gift card.
If you used a Gift Card along with another payment method, the refund will be split accordingly. The amount charged to the Gift Card will be refunded back to it, and the remaining amount will be refunded using the other payment method.
