Taxes and Duties
- UK, Switzerland: Product prices include all taxes and duties. Our logistics partners DHL or FedEx, are responsible for paying these to the authorities on behalf of Ploumanac'h.
- Canada: Product prices include import duties. Customers are responsible for paying the sales tax applicable to their orders. DHL or FedEx handles duties for orders above the duty threshold of 20 CAD.
- US: Customers are responsible for sales tax and tariffs if applicable.
- Other Countries: Product prices do not include import duties. Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes and duties.
Delivery and Cooperation
If the package is not successfully delivered due to a lack of cooperation from the client (incorrect telephone number, address, non-compliance with import regulations), the package may be sent back to Italy at the client's expense, including any import fees assessed upon re-entry. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.
Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within two business days.
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm CEST.
- Order Cutoff Time: 1:00 pm. Orders processed after this time add one day to the delivery estimate.
- Delivery Services: We ship worldwide using DHL, excluding P.O. Boxes.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Orders shipped outside Italy may incur import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. This number can be used to track your shipment online.
