The Brand.

Founded in 2000 in Arenzano on the Ligurian coast, Ploumanac'h is an Italian clothing brand dedicated to garment-dyed knitwear, linen shirts, and polos.

The house takes its name and ocean-washed color palette from the granite shores of Ploumanac'h in Brittany, pairing that maritime atmosphere with Italian textile craft. In Arenzano, where the Ligurian sea shapes everyday life, each collection is developed using natural fibers like merino wool, cashmere, linen, and cotton.

Rather than mass production, we work with local mills and weavers, dyeing garments with systems designed to save water and energy. Our aim is straightforward: clothes made for vacation and coastal living, built to feel broken-in from the first wear.

Garment Dyeing & Finishes.

Rather than printing flat colors on rolls of cloth, Ploumanac'h colors each garment once it is finished. The pieces are made in Italy, with care. We use proprietary dyeing and finishing techniques, including the signature multicolor Rainbow dye, Soffio Art, and Spray Art. A Soffio Art piece is knitted first, then colored with the Soffio powder-dyeing process. The bath settles into the seams, texture, and ribs of each piece, creating tonal depth where no two garments are identical.

The Vision & Design.

Led by art director Mariavittoria Corelli, our approach centers on clean construction and honest materials. From initial sketch to dye bath and hand-finishing, every piece reflects the relaxed pace and textile heritage of our home on the Italian coast.

Global Distribution & Showroom.

Today, Ploumanac'h collections are distributed to multi-brand boutiques and specialty stores across Europe, North America, and Asia. Independent buyers and retailers can access our wholesale collections through our Showroom.
