Overview
Orders ship from Italy with DHL. We prepare each order within two business days (Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Italian time). Orders placed after 1:00 pm Italian time add one day to the delivery estimate. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Failed delivery
If delivery fails because of a wrong address, a missing phone number or refused customs clearance, the parcel may come back to Italy at your expense, including any fees on re-entry. We may deduct those costs from any refund.
Order tracking
You receive an email with a tracking number when your order leaves our warehouse.
